When Postoffice Studio came to us with a request to animate Hershey’s Christmas commercial, we were thrilled to take on the special project. It was a challenge to align the animation with international standards, but seeing the final result was incredibly rewarding. The lights and animations that were exported looked absolutely stunning, and we are truly proud of the work we have produced for this project. It was a pleasure to be a part of such a successful and visually impressive project.
Hershey Kisses We began by conceptualizing how to bring Hershey’s iconic Kisses to life—focusing on motion that felt playful yet natural. Special attention was given to how these inanimate chocolates could express personality through subtle movements and tail follow-throughs, setting the tone for a dynamic visual experience.
Using Cinema 4D, we animated the Kisses with bouncy, energetic motion that captured their whimsical charm. Each chocolate pyramid was treated like a character, with exaggerated timing and movement that gave them an appealing, lively presence.
We used Corona Renderer to achieve a rich, photorealistic finish. The final renders highlighted both the shine and texture of the chocolates while maintaining a playful atmosphere. The result was a joyful, high-quality animation that brought the Hershey’s brand to life in a memorable way.
