Green Card Fund partnered with us to create a high-impact motion design video for Terra VI, an exclusive real estate investment opportunity near the iconic Yosemite Valley Floor. The video combines cinematic visuals, clean animation, and dynamic infographics to clearly present the project’s vision, location advantages, and investment potential—delivering a polished, data-driven pitch designed to engage and inform potential investors.
Green Card Fund During ideation, we researched Terra VI’s location, geography, and investment strengths to shape a clear narrative. These insights guided our storyboard and animatics, aligning visuals, infographics, and motion design to effectively highlight the project's unique value.
In the design phase, custom style frames were created to reflect and elevate the brand’s visual identity, incorporating key colors and aesthetics to enhance the video’s overall appeal. Infographics and 2D animations were then developed in line with these frames, ensuring a cohesive and visually engaging experience throughout.
Another key aspect of the video was the use of 3D cinematic renders, designed to showcase the beauty and relevance of the proposed resort. These high-quality visuals highlighted the exteriors, interiors, and amenities—giving investors a clear, immersive sense of the space and its potential appeal.
